General Returns Policy

Customers may return any defective items sold and fulfilled by BrokenShirts.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be granted if shirts are damaged, the wrong items are sent out and/or the printing is of poor quality.

Customers should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify customers via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
